I don't. I don't need a permit to buy a book (1st Amendment) so I should not need a permit or anything else to buy a firearm. There is nothing in the 2nd Amendment that says the government gets to approve whether or not I can exercise that right.

But the point of my post is that if your rights are God Given and codified in the BOR, why is it that they can be legislated away.....with support for so many here?
