Hi.

Ya know what's funny? If you check out the corp donations, they give to both parties. Of course, some more than others.

Wall Street is fine with their guy in the White House now.

Being pro life is a push. Being pro traditional marriage is sacrilege. But Wall Street and tech money is left money as well as right money. And the more corporatism weds government the further left the money goes.

Yes, they give to both parties, but not much at all to social conservatives.

Good afternoon.

...but not much at all to social conservatives.

For the most part true. I don't have time to check what flows from WS to say, Huckabee or Santorum, but It's probably minimal.

Who? Romney? McCain? Dole? The only two committed social conservative candidate in my lifetime were GWB and Reagan. Both won two terms.

When Bob Dole lost, Willaim Safire wrote an article saying social conservatives needed to go to the ‘back of the bus’. We needed to shut up and let the adults drive the bus. We were to vote for their guy, and the adults on Wall Street and NYC would let us stay in the party.

That was 20 years ago.

Wall Street has NEVER cared about the rest of America. They want low taxes, cheap labor and “anything goes” for everything else. They sure as heck have not been funding any socially conservative candidates. Not in 20+ years...cuz Boob Dole wasn’t a social conservative either. By the time he ran, Dole was 100% Pure DC Politician!

I'm getting tired of big monied interests partnering with the state and media stooges to fill their pockets at the expense of my once great country.

This is facism. They campaign as conservatives, then vote their fascist game plan.

Two parties...Democrats and Fascists. Conservatives should stop voting for either one. I wonder if a viable constitutional conservative party wouldn't do quite well, if it can be done without being infiltrated by pretenders.

Frankly I think its past that point now.

Today is 1775, although I'm certain patriots don't have the pluck they did then.

That’s basically the definition of leftism anyway.

Right on. Tax the Fat Cats until they are Thin Cats. Shut down every business that employs illegal aliens. Do not vote for any candidate backed by the U.S. chamber of Amnesty or the Club for Growth. There are not enough millionaires and billionaires to elect one of their Wall St. whores if social conservatives do not vote.

Depends on what the definition of “is, is.”
It depends on “what difference does it make.”
It depends on “I don’t recall.”
It depends on “the most transparent administration in history.”
It depends on our forever “living breathing document.”
It depends on “God didn’t really say...” [sarc]

You are so correct.

Washington was so correct.

Reality, history, logic, and reason agree with you.

A world without moral boundaries, can really only descend into anarchy, chaos, barbarism, slavery, bloodshed, and war. Ultimately, some flavor of totalitarianism.

Interestingly, is this not what Karl Marx called for, to unite, and to create anarchy! And what followed?

If there is no moral and supreme law, because God does not exist, then the individual becomes a law unto himself. He or she, driven by their own ever increasing appetites, define their own shifting moral boundaries.

In time, my club is bigger than your club, so you and your possessions are subject (or belong) to me.

William Penn said: “Men will either be governed by God, or ruled by tyrants.”

Interpretation - the individual who comprises society, will either be individually responsible to God, or slaves to men who do not see themselves as responsible to God, with insatiable appetites for power, and who also do not recognize moral boundaries.

This always worked out so well!

This is not a Yahoo originated article. This is a Business Insider article that has been republished by Yahoo. Yahoo also republishes articles from the Christian Science Monitor, Reuters, ABC News, and US News and World Reports, among others.

Yes, I know it didn’t come from Yahoo. Simply that they linked to it.

Obama wants to move a bunch of inner city blacks into upscale neighborhoods. AND with any luck a bunch of criminal illegals... So Wall Street can show us how to ‘be liberal’ ... Oh - and if they continue to screw with us we’ll stand with Unions to block rip off trade agreements.
