If you can keep your junk and be “transgendered” then what the hell is the name for those fools that actually cut it off? You all say “transgendered” for any number of situations: Just plain homo to fool heteros, transvestite, cross-dresser, impersonators and whatever you guys call the full boat whacked-it-off.

Very few trannies actually get anything cut off. It is a very invasive, painful procedure that few doctors will perform electively. Most of them just take hormone pill, if that.
