LOL. The Texas CoC is a front for the Bandidos.

So is our government and you.

“....Let’s say an uncover cop goads a group, who are legally carrying, into a confrontation....”

Salamander, after listening to Bowtie’s discussion, I’m beginning to think that that an undercover cop, in coordination with the ATF and Waco SWAT, may well have planned and successfully carried out an intentional provocation to give the police a pretense for their crackdown. IMHO, that would explain the pre-positioning of ATF & SWAT assets and would explain the strange way that Waco police and government have been handling this whole thing post-operation. I think they’ve realized they’ve screwed the pooch and are beginning to recognize that BATF & DOJ are going to be content to try to make them take the fall for the operation and homicides & other damages.

Obama won’t even be a man and stand up for his troops and either do his due diligence to find if there is any way they could be right, or else take the hit and mea culpas if they are wrong. He’s too busy being high, high on Mt. Olympus.

But it COULD take getting burned like this before Texas is twice shy about such an operation in the future.

The clean up might have to wait for the next administration.

I.e. “Yeehaw” actually isn’t a magic word after all. It rises or falls with the merit of what it accompanies.

Taken at face value; this is what one person, who is an attorney, thinks happened with the first hand reports he has been getting from those who were there. It is the bikers perspective only.

It sounds about right though. This under cover Cossack/LEO is a puzzle though. Why is he pushing for the group to show up in large numbers to a political action event with a full blown swat team with silencers standing by.

If this was a fish it would reek to the high heavens.

Bottom line is we need to see the event video from the Mexican food place next door and we need to see the autopsy reports of the dead and those who were shot. We need to know if the cops on the scene just opened fire like it was a combat battlefield with no regard for life or the law.

We need to have a lot of questions answered and until they are; we are not going to let it go. This is about right and wrong. If some of the bikers were wrong then so be it. If some of the cops were in the wrong; so be it as well.

Even if the swat team was ordered to open fire on a bunch of unarmed people, regardless of the clothes they were wearing, the cops, like anyone in the military, are not expected to follow an unlawful order.

Mowing down innocent people is not a lawful order. LEO’s have a lot of responsibilities and a lot of power. With that comes consequences of doing something as heinous as it sounds like this was.

And finally; the families of the dead, those were shot, and all those wrongfully imprisoned need restitution. That number is around 340 million and growing by the hour as there are still people in prison who shouldn’t be.

If guilty by association was the law then obama and his lawless Administration would make us all guilty by virtue of being American citizens and associated with this Country of all the crimes his gang has done.

Just ignore the liberal trolls like texasgator, desertrhino, oliviaforever, and Iamanidiot or whatever his handle is. They will disrupt the flow of the conversation and change the subject when things aren’t going their way. Typical liberal tactics learned from the knee of their hero; Alinsky or one of his acolytes.

There has been a lot of moralizing about people tagging along with named gangs, even though it is for the sake of the thrill rather than any substantive collusion in crime, organized or otherwise. (And certainly not collusion in a sting operation gone awry.)

Whatever can be say about the folly of such tagging along — and perhaps this may serve as a warning to them that “outlaw” can mean trouble bigger than they figured upon — it doesn’t make the actions of those who mistreated them any righter either.

It has been and is my earnest prayer that wisdom and justice follow this debacle and in the process, set many things right.

It explains everything.

Question now is, precisely with whom may we bumping fists and cracking wise at conservative group gatherings?

Lot of BS in the coverage and from the police on this one. Twin Peaks isn’t a biker bar it’s a Hooter’s knock off and many of these type restaurants have a bike night weekly as do a lot of restaurans. I’ve been to many bike night at a lot of restaurants & pubs in many states with no problems or even thoughts of problems. Many of the folks in Waco were just bikers showing up for bike night. There’s also claims the only shots fired were from police so we’ll see where this goes.

...slick talking liars only sound good.

True, but a few go on to become politicians and millionaires. They can be found throughout government from the local level all the way up to Washington.

Some have aspired to be presidents even. Lying, empty suits with no leadership, indiscriminately selling and trading influence, with no concern for the voters who elected them.

I can't imagine why anyone would distrust our political leaders, political parties, and government.

Texans have a long history and experience with liars. We have elected our share and have sent a few to Washington from time to time. So it is not unusual when native Texans and adopted Texans question what is going on in Waco.

Are the bikers being framed or guilty as charged? There's a storm brewing in Waco and it's about to blow. All the lawyers smell money in the air, the evidence presented so far is conflicting or undisclosed, and the local officials are regrouping and going silent on us. Soon we may see some LEOs, local officials, and maybe a few lawyers ducking and running for cover as the $h*t blows.

We may never get the full truth but we sure as hell don't believe everything we're told. We decide. In the meantime, choose your side, place your bets, and sit back and watch Texas politics in action. BTW, we still think Sue Ellen shot J.R.

Thanks for your continued efforts to keep this story up front. IMHO this is the most important story in our country at the moment and it is just about completely ignored by almost everyone. I can understand the reluctance of a Beck or Rush to jump in and then be perceived to have come down wrong on it. It would seem to me there would be a few real journalists who would realize this is an excellent opportunity to actually do journalism. You know, “just the facts, ma’am.”. Isn’t there even ONE left or have they all gone the way of the dodo? As improbable as it seems I actually would be quite relieved to find that all the dead were pond scum and that the LE folks were the good guys. Problem is they haven’t acted like they were the good guys since day one and the Bart Simpson strategy really isn’t the way to go, unless of course you ARE Bart Simpson and then what choice do you really have?

“And how are you so certain about that?” ......
Who we gonna believe, you or our lyin eyes?

I find it beyond belief that otherwise conservative folks have taken to trying to defend the undefendable likes of pimp drug dealing outlaw biker gangs like the Bandidos.

Obviously you somehow think that good law abiding citizens who are no more than hobby motorcycle riders were among those involved in this biker gang war in Waco.

Maybe you are more correct and our old friends who like to dress up “pretend” Hells Angel style for their weekend rides are really outlaws at heart. I don’t think so.
