Except as I pointed out they weren’t terrified, see my earlier reply to another poster.
They shot to wound. Both men are now jailed for whole life tariffs. One is already a mental case.

Maybe it’s just me, but it would seem that’s a much better sentence than summary execution for no crime at all.
