Winner! How many would be dead today if the police hadn't had a "premonition" there'd be an incident. Yes, one of the idiot reporters said the cops had a premonition. I'd also like to know just what the restaurant was supposed to do to stop it. It's a regular biker stop and they hold meetings there weekly. Sure, some hot head got into it in the restroom and the brawl drifted out into the parking lot where there were innocent bystanders but the police presence probably escalated things. Yeah, if the cops weren't there people would be asking why so danged if you do and danged if you don't.
Okey dokey, so just how long did Ferguson and Baltimore last compared to this? How many stores did the bikers loot and burn? How many bikers were protesting whitey and America? Oh, well then, this is NOTHING whatsoever like Baltimore.
Why would you possibly need the National Guard...when you have the Waco PD and the DPS?

Almost no black person in America is speaking out AGAINST the black thugs in Baltimore.
I didn’t suggest the cops in Waco didn’t need to shoot. My point was that a police-only intervention quelled the biker fight, and fairly quickly, while the looting and rioting in Baltimore continued unabated despite police intervention, justifying calling out the National Guard.

Actually, police intervention was minimal because the Mayor instructed the police to “give space”. The National Guard came because they were requested by the Governor, not the Mayor.

I don’t give a flip for black thugs nor for white thugs. However, I pretty much know how to get along with the white thugs. Stay out of their way, have nothing to do with them, ignore them and no problem. Black thugs, however, seem to like to menace people.
Wrong, Baltimore’s dam-dem mayor finally made the request to Gov. Hogan (R) to send in the Guard. Hogan had conferred with Guard command at the outset of rioting and they had been placed on alert. Hogan’s broadcast announcement made mention that his executive order had been waiting for the mayor’s request and would be “signed within thirty seconds” after the call.
Don’t try to shift the responsibilty ala Katrina ravaged Louisiana.

I’m not all that well acquainted with retail center marketing and imaging, but I doubt that Gang Shoot Out at High Noon on a Sunday, has a positive impact on the bottom line of Twin Peeks or the other businesses in that shopping center.
So yes, the fact is that those businesses were looted by the Biker Gangs.
It started out with the Cossacks and Bandidos getting into it in the restroom. Also there were Scimitars, Leathernecks, Los Pirados and the Veterans but don't know that they were involved though the Scimitars would be loyal to the Cossacks. FYI, this planned event wasn't a gang recruiting event as is being reported but was a regular scheduled meeting of the conservative Texas Confederation of Clubs and Independents ( http://localendar.com/public/ucoctadmin ) which are regular riders. But a few bad apples...

And what happens when the White Biker Gangs start shooting at one another in the shopping center, and instead of Rosco putting a bullet in 386 pound Tiny Tim, he misses his shot, and puts it right between a four year old child’s eyes?
True! From I understand, there were enough LEOs in Baltimore to take control of the situation. In my opinion, the mayor didn’t really need the National Guard in terms of numbers in force.
Did the Baltimore Looting cost more than 9 human lives?
Could you please explain the difference in the economic impact of a store being looted and a store having to be closed down because there tends to be Bike Gang Shoot Outs in the parking lot at high noon?
