The deadly gun battle among several factions of biker gangs in Waco, Texas has social media users questioning the civility of its police intervention in the wake of Baltimore and Ferguson’s uprisings.
“They’ve recovered at least 100 weapons,” Deray McKesson, a high-profile activist wrote on Twitter. “The (National) Guard would be mobilized now if, black.”
With photos showing detained members of the criminal motorcycle gangs plugging away at their phones as police calmly stand guard, activists are quick to point out the disparity of the situation.

I’m all for any rioters or acts of violent behavior being met with overwhelming force.
Should be part of an affirmative action equal opportunity outreach program if you ask me.

The greatest similarity to my way of thinking is, I couldn’t care less about either event.
I’d be curious to know how many shot were fired by the bikers — and how many by the police.
And I’d also like to know how many were killed by the bikers — and how many were killed by the police.
And of those 100 weapons — how many were firearms.
How many of the Baltimore rioters were arrested? Waco arrested almost 200.
Well, since you brung it up, Deray, how come we're never told how many weapons are confiscated at a black loot-fest?
By the way, I'm not sure if this is a joke or not but I heard that the only items not looted at that department store in Baltimore a few weeks ago were work shoes.
How many businesses were looted and burned?

How many among the dead were not part of the criminal element, I do not know at this time.
Let’s not forget, as well, that now “Baltimore” will acquire the same kind of privileged spiritual victimhood assingmentism as “Selma”. As in, no white person can actually say the name of the town “Selma”, it belongs to a certain class, you know.

From the photos, there’s another notable difference ignored by the leftist tweets: once the police showed up the violence from the bikers seems to have stopped quickly, hence photos of the mass detainees with their phones. Why ever would one need to call out the National Guard when the police seem to have sufficed?

Any reports on the names Bike Gangs involved in the fight?
Was MS-13, or any Mexican gangs involved?
If bikers unrelated to the gangs involved (other than the color of their leather) started randomly looting and burning businesses in protest, then we might have a true comparison.
True, if the had been treated the same they would have been given their own space to destroy the town and not be arrested. How dare they not be treated the same.
