I believe that other train was part of the Philadelphia local public transit system (SEPTA). It was probably the "Trenton Local" commuter train (which makes a lot of stops in Philly and its suburbs, then heads up to the terminal for that line in Trenton, NJ).

There are a multiple number of parallel train tracks in that area, and the SEPTA commuter trains run on tracks right next to the ones for the "DC--Philadelphia--NYC" AMTRAK trains for part of the way there.

If I understand it correctly, the trains were said to have been struck by something some distance before the crash site, back in North Philadelphia (a pretty rough section of Philly), some distance before the crash site, which is a little further up past North Philadelphia in another Philadelphia neighborhood.

These two maps (transit map for SEPTA "Trenton" train and the map relating to the AMTRAK train) can give you a rough idea about the distance between those incidents in North Philadelphia and the actual crash site a little further up the line.

The public thugs are a tiny proportion of all homos. Which makes it all the more amazing how they were able to shepherd the misbegotten “gay marriage” movement. Surveys from as recent as a couple decades ago had homos virtually unanimously rejecting the idea of marriage as ludicrous.
