There’s nothing in the Constitution that says every lowlife can draw out his sentence for 10 years - costing millions of dollars.
That crap was devised by lawyers who want to milk the system for all it’s worth. Laws were made. Laws can be changed.
I think the injection should contain pigs blood, just a bit of it, and it should be made to be well known in the middle east.

The appeal process will take a long time but life on death row is probably no picnic. I wish him all he worst for his remaining time on earth.
But in my mind, he did not act alone. He acted with the full approval of the muslim clerics around the world and here in the US. If 50 or so Imams were joining this punk on death row I believe justice would be better served. And a better deterrent would be in place.
John Williams Muhammed (the `Beltway Sniper’), another muslim POS was put down in 2009, but that was in Virginia or maybe Maryland, I don’t think it was a federal matter.

The Federal death row is in Terre Haute, Indiana. If and when
he is executed that is where it will occur.

Leaving aside the serial killers, I agree with you on terrorists, if for no other reason than that, as we’ve seen in Guantanamo, eventually the memory of the event fades and a politician will someday find a way to release them. Besides, given the political nature of terrorism, those incarcerated after a guilty verdict will gain more and more sympathizers as each month passes. Better to bring it all to a quick end once a verdict has been handed down.
I doubt that will deter future terrorists, but at least it would deter that particular one permanently, and would also cut short his efforts at developing a herd of cult followers within our country.

I think it was Eric Bolling on FOX yesterday who said something along the lines of......I’ll be he’ll be surprised when he learns that the 72 all have “deep voices”.
