Jurors have reached a decision in the penalty phase of the Boston Marathon bombing trial. The jury was tasked with deciding whether Dzhokhar Tsarnaev should be sentenced to life in prison or death for his role in killing four people and wounding hundreds more. He’ll be dead within 9 months.
I think McVeigh helped it along, not continuing appeals or some such.

That WILL act as a deterrent, Mr. Liberal that I just heard say the death penalty is not deterrent for terrorists (who ignored the fact that this little *itch obviously wants to live) .

I gotta say, not surprised by the penalty, but don’t really support it.

I’ll re-share what I’d do:
Cut his b*lls off, let him bleed out, then set him on fire while still alive. Have pigs eat the remains, then parachute the pigs into Chechnya.
As most of the folks I’m pinging know, I live extremely close to where this Stalingrad reenactment occurred. And both myself and my GF were walking on Bolyston Street ~36 hours before the bombs went off (I’ve sent a few of you the pics). In fact, we were on Bolyston Street tonight. The Forum Restaurant where the bombs were detonated closed ~a month ago. It’s still surreal to think what happened there.
Even though the thought of having this Islamic animal turned into Swiss Cheese by other inmates for the next 40-50 years does have a certain charm to it, I’m glad the jury got it right and sentenced this pile of sh*t to death.
Even Massholechusetts gets it right once in a very, very rare while.
And the Kennedys too.
