No conscience. Parents should be very concerned.

My gosh, more evidence of vile police going after another ten year old child. Just damn this department! /s
Hmmm, evil police in some places even value the life of a dog. I can’t believe this is true! /s

Yep. It has been shown that people with anti-social behavior start out abusing animals.

Yes, something wrong inside that boy and probably nothing can correct it. Some people are just born mean.

You know... until there is a proven, documented method for “fixing” these type of people... I’m okay with just locking him up and not letting him out again. He is not going to get better as he gets older.

I agree, and yet I don’t think these parents should talk to the press. They should be getting help for the kid. I’m sure he’s needed it long before this.
I suspect there’s some bad circumstances in the kid’s home. Too bad.
We had a kid that at one point took a nail to a live toad. Others stayed around and watched, but I wanted no part of it.
I think it’s a very bad warning signal when kids engage in this type of activity.

Bad Seed; The Millennial Phase.
An aware parent owes it to the public to keep watch over their sick child. At least warn the neighbors, and help them erect stronger fences.

Agreed..and he claims the dog attacked him?? That is the ultimate lap dog...he is a liar as well! Lock him up!!!

I wonder that too. I marvel at the trust and innocence cats and dogs give to humans. I can't imagine what is inside someone that would make them beat to death an animal that is not a threat.
I am not afraid to suggest an exorcism for this kid.

My thoughts exactly.

Throw him in a men’s prison for 5 years, hard time. A REALLY hard time as Otis’ B*TCH. Poor, nearly-defenseless animal. This disgusts me.

Throw him in a mens prison for 5 years, hard time. I would not approve of that. Life without parole is fine. Death is fine (yes, I noticed his young age; I just don't care). Letting him out when he is stronger and meaner strikes me as a bad idea.
