Detroit TV Anchor Angers Local Muslim Community with ISIS Comments

A Detroit-based local news anchor found herself in hot water this week after making a comment connecting Michigan’s large Muslim community to potential ISIS threats.

During a Wednesday broadcast on NBC-affiliated WDIV-TV Local 4, anchor Carmen Harlan discussed a possible ISIS-connected threat in the state. “Given the fact that we have the largest Arab population outside of the Middle East, I guess this should not come as a real surprise,” she said.

Seeing as the state has a substantial Muslim population, several organizations spoke out against Harlan, calling upon her and the network to officially apologize, the Lebanese Examiner reported.

Well, when your enemy is creating a larger and larger camp in you midst, you better say something about it...then do something about it. Cut off all further muslim immigration and tell them they either get with the program, and verify, or send them packing. Literally. If anything she needs to do her research. We do have a lot of muslims here but the number of middle eastern Christians far surpasses muslims and the numbers are falling.

One does not fix a pest problem by inviting more of them in by putting down sugar cubes. They need to go. Their whole aim over here is to conquer our nation. We know it and now they know that we know it. Their masks are coming off.
