Considering they have had absolute power for 50 years they are going to have to man up and accept responsibility at the very least for their inability to solve the city’s ghetto problems. Elijah Cummings has been part of the problem for YEARS, and is much too close to it to even recognize his involvement.
He sees nothing that has to be corrected, except to blame the non-existent “Republicans”, who have been nowhere in sight for well over a half-century.
