The chairman of the House Armed Services committee called concerns about a special forces training exercise in Texas “silly” on Monday, dismissing conspiracy theories of impending martial law
His comments come a week after Texas Gov. Greg Abbott ordered the State Guard to monitor the exercise, a move widely criticized by Democrats and some Republicans.
“These are incredibly capable, patriotic Americans and the notion that they’re going to be some sort of private army for the president to take away all our guns is just silly,” said Rep. Mac Thornberry, R-Clarendon.

Alex Jones has a relatively small core of followers. He calls attention to many things Americans should be rightly concerned about, and then takes his followers down the long, winding path into madness. Meanwhile, with the public at large, anything he covers is instantly discredited and written off as fanciful “conspiracy theory”.
He is the very essence of controlled opposition. Everything he says is constructed to be proven false. He exists to put a demented clown face on government mistrust and opposition.

I don’t remember hearing the military is planning to take away guns from Texans. They are operating military operations on US ground under the command of a communist Muslim and that is a problem. I trust the military to follow orders from the CIC (and homos).

Something of a different scale is in the making and the government has zip, zero business implementing or even conceiving of a domestic unit like this one. Excellent question....I live in Texas and don’t feel at risk. There are plenty of real threats to cause concern.
Why manufacture one.
If you “believe” that our volunteer citizen soldiers who fight and die for your freedom and going to suddenly come and take it from you then you have some messed up beliefs.
