You know... I figure the idiots riot, burn and pillage because they have nothing to lose. They don't have nice homes or jobs. A day in the slammer doesn't cost them much. They don't have reputations to lose. They don't care about their job resume. Decent people have to much to lose to go down that road... most of the time. If what decent people have is taken from them... then that will be a game changer.
