No. I find it silly that people think god singled them out for saving amongst gross carnage including undoubtedly hundreds of children. It’s on the same level as pro athletes thanking god for their home run or Super Bowl victory, etc.
They are right to thank capital G God for their home run. The foolish attitude is not theirs at all. It’s yours.
The thing about that is that God does number every person’s days, but the Bible doesn’t say a thing about a Super Bowl game ... LOL ... One is what God does, while the other is a bit more speculative.
