In many fine neighborhoods the cats move freely from indoor and outdoor, that is absolutely common in beach communities.

What about the neighbors who don't want someone else's cat in their yard? What rights do they have?

At the beach I have never seen that come up, or ever heard of it coming up.

You got to realize this brouhaha is not about J. Random Redneck but a veterinarian.

Sounds like that vet just got a F grade in “dealing with pet owners.” J. Random’s beer buddies might not care, but the vet’s customers will.

They certainly don't have the right to shoot the cat with bow and arrow and most likely just injure it and let it suffer in agony until it eventually dies........

If the cat, or any cat for that matter, was a problem, it could easily have been trapped and dealt with in a more humane manner.

This chick knew that but instead chose to use her prowess with a bow to shoot the animal.................She was lucky the cat died and so was the helpless cat.
