Would the case be tried in front of a Baltimore jury? That might not work out so well for those bringing suit.
We heard out west, LA radio this evening.
Believe me, Ms. Mayor is going to regret that news conference. Then again they'll probably elect her to the Senate.
Can you imagine the lawsuits against the city after Ms. Mayor instructed her police department to give the rioters and looters some space?
If the businesses file a claim against the city or sue the city, they will lose. I don't see how they can win. It is best they sue and then hope it will get some publicity in the lost cause. If for some reason they win, Baltimore and their re insurer (if the dollar around is really high) will have to pay.
I would guess if they do that en-mass, the city and Ms. Mayor will settle just to shut them up.
This could go into many millions. Wait till they run to the microphones after seeing the repair bills.
In fact just for overtime alone for cops, other inter-agencies, helicopters will be into the millions...Then the tax payers will hear the Mayor told her police department to intentionally stand down...Of course they’ll want to raise taxes to cover all this. Wait for it.
Ms. Mayor need to be fired then evaluated and possibly prosecuted.
She needs to "ride the rail" out of town, tarred and feathered.
She was elected by the people, so she must be who they want. If I lived in Baltimore, I would be gone before the sun sets. From this moment forward, any White person that stays in Baltimore, their blood is on their own heads.

I agree. So many here don't want to face this fact; it forces folks out of their comfort zone.
A crisis is being artificially fomented by those that control our society. It is the last push to destroy the old ways and usher in the new era.
The ruling elites are using the underclasss to destroy America, and by "America" they mean us.
The Baltimore mayor should put her money where her mouth is. She should immediately give the thug rioters “space” to destroy her homes, her cars, and all she owns, as well as the property of her parents, siblings, cousins, and best friends, and the property of all the elected officials of Baltimore City and Baltimore Country. How do non-entities like this wind up mayors of America’s once great cities? The movie Idiocracy, though humorous, was spot on in predicting the rise of an idiot class taking charge of us all.
