Notice the demographics on the podium during the announcement. Baltimore is 63.7% black. A black mayor would not survive politically if she ordered police to crack down on black protesters (whites who injured black rioters in self defense would be another story).

Baltimore is doomed. Any whites in Baltimore, get out now.
