That’s the hypocrisy of the (militant gay) left.
They claim rights based on innate properties yet any attempt to identify the origin of those properties i.e. the genome project or a so-called gay gene are opposed vociferously lest parents attempt to avoid such an outcome.
The past and current ‘gay conversion’ controversy outrages them (doesn’t everything?) because one successful patient further disproves their gay-for-life argument.

Unless someone is born with both male and female organs, I don’t see how they are born with something that isn’t genetic.

I would also say that heterosexual males are “born with” the desire to be adulterous and polygamous.
Therefore, it can’t be “wrong”?
And that’s the whole point of “born that way” - to remove any moral aspect of homosexuality.
