I think Rand Paul may be the least Staunchly Pro-Life of all the Republican candidates. Wonder why she singled him out?

I agree ... and to Rand's credit ... at least on this issue ... it was 'he' who singled 'her' out first:

Rand Paul slams media on abortion: Ask Democrats if it’s okay to kill a seven-pound baby in the womb

Death in childbirth is pretty rare these days.

Her answer was something to the effect of

there should be no legislation that interferes with the decision made between a woman and her “doctor”.

This was an answer to the question of “is it ok to kill a 7 lb baby in the womb”.

Exactly. Which, as several earlier posters highlighted ... you mean legislation like 0bamacare, Debbie?! Oh ... wait ...

being a democRAT ... means never having to explain when you say something that is completely contradictory to other things you also say.

“When she’s the victim of rape, the victim of incest? Are we going to let a woman die? Would Rand Paul let a woman die because she’s carrying a baby or is he going to let her make that choice with her doctor?” she said during an interview with CNN’s Wolf Blitzer last night.”

If a woman is raped or a victim of incest why would she wait 20+ weeks before having an abortion? Sounds to me like Schultz is not advocating a patient/doctor decision but a way to emotionally destroy women and blame it on Republicans.

I’ve found a rhetorically effective way of arguing with people who go to the extreme cases as examples of when an abortion is “needed”.

“If an exception were made for that case, would you be OK with outlawing all other cases?”

You leave them arguing that the baby can be killed at any time for any reason, stripping their “compassion” claim for supporting abortion.

Ugly as hell, too.

Will that be before, or after, Scott Walker yanks women back by their hair? sarc/off

DWS made that riduculous charge during the recent gubenatorial election campaign. As a result, Scott Walker won by a big margin and DWS was not invited back to campaign in WI.

One note Debbie.
