BLM issued a cease and desist order without a court order and without 'Coordination Authorization'....with local authorities. Federal officials acting lawlessly. Possible federal land grab to seize gold rich property on behalf of Chinese government.

Galice Mining District, JOSEPHINE COUNTY, OREGON-The next Bundy Ranch incident is developing in Josephine County, Oregon. The BLM has served notice to gold miners that they have until April 25, 2015 to stop gold mining….Oath Keepers are on site…Militia on the way. BLM DID NOT seek ‘Coordination Authorization’ with the local community….Sheriff Dave Daniel is NOT considered to be a Consitutional Sheriff.

Josephine County is in Southern Oregon and Grants Pass is the County Seat…developing. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Josephine_County,_Oregon

FROM THE SHASTA LANTER facebook The Shasta Lantern Potential situation building in Southern Oregon/Central Jefferson. BLM has issued a cease and desist order to a group of miners in Josephine County 10 miles West of Grants Pass in the Galice Mining District. BLM has given the miners until April 25th to cease and desist all mining operations, remove all buildings and mining equipment. This order by BLM is not accompanied by a legal court order and has been issued on BLM supposed authority alone. Many of these claims have existed in perpituity since the 1870’s. The miners have issued a statement declaring they will resist what they believe to be an illegal order. The State of Jefferson will respond and arrive to support the miners if required. Stay tuned for updates as further information becomes available.

In my opinion, he has good reason not to be amused. We now have a rogue Government at the Federal level that does as it pleases without rear of repercussions. The IRS, nothing happens. The VA, nothing happens. The other outlaw organizations such as the EPA, the ATF, the BLM are watching and see nothing happening to the IRS and are about make their move[s]. When, I can’t say but, just as Hitler took careful note of Britain and France’s reactions to his initial announcements and acts of aggression. Just as Brittan and France refused to do their duty and reign Hitler in only led to new acts of aggression by him, Congress’ refusal [with Republican majorities in both Houses, I might add] to do their duty only encourages the other agencies to act because they believe nothing adverse will happen to them.

Of interest to gold bugs (only 10% of the gold in the ground has been removed,) and good short synopsis:

“BUNDY RANCH” TYPE STANDOFF BREWING IN SOUTHERN OREGON BETWEEN MINERS AND BLM
http://www.americasfreedomfighters.com/2015/04/13/bundy-ranch-type-standoff-brewing-in-southern-oregon-between-miners-and-blm/

Excerpt:

Grants Pass, OR. – For the past several years, the miners from the Galice Mining District, about 30 minutes west of Grants Pass, Oregon, have been arguing over who has the rights to the minerals in the ground around Galice Creek. The Galice mining district is compiled of a number of claims, owners and miners and has been in continuous operation since the early 1870’s, which makes it one of the longest running operations in the US. This specific operation predates the BLM bureaucracy by many decades in fact.

The area in question has produced in excess of 10 million ounces of gold since its conception, and geologists estimate that only 10% of the gold in the ground has been removed, which makes this area highly sought after by any standard. It is said that children find gold with their hands in the creeks to this day.

That or they better hurry up and do whatever they have planned because they know Cruz is going to defang, defund, de-job them.

This is outdated information, per Mike Vanderboegh and Anthony Bosworth who were at Bundy Ranch. I have also heard that OathKeepers is issuing a stand-down, though it is not on their website yet.

Anthony Bosworth's report on Oregon situation:

Official report from mining district April 14 2015 1100 hours

1) There is no standoff.

2) BLM has been talking to the mine attorney. There will be an official BLM stand down.

3)There is no BLM in the area west of Merlin.

4)Oath Keepers on site will be given new marching orders.

5)Mine owner is not happy with all the misinformation.

6)The mining district has set up a parking lot away from the mine. Parking lot possibly could hold 200 people. Parking lot for people they are turning away from the mine that we are unable to stop.

7)The mining district wants to thank everyone for your diligent effort to help control this.

8)Mining district said they will attempt to keep us updated at least once every day.

Fascism in America, our government is corrupt to the very core, even the courts.

I don’t see anyone in the linked article saying that these are patented claims.

From my house in Superior as I was growing up, I could just pick out Weaver’s Needle. You’re right, the Superstitions have long had more than their share of nut cases camping out in the region. These guys don on the Rouge are serious and have a number of producing small claims. The area has had small claims particularly since and during the depression. The safety director for Magma Copper worked a claim there in the 30s as well as some hill top claims in the Mohave Desert.

Come to think of it:

A G-man shouldn’t really frig with a bunch of miners.

He might just disappear, never to be seen again.

There is nothing new about the BLM harassing gold miners with claims on BLM land. Mr. GG2 who just happened to be out in the woods walking to one of his claims with his attorney ran into one of these morons who tried to run him off. Mr. GG2 told the guy to take a hike. An argument ensued until the attorney came out from the trees and introduced himself. End of problem.

The goal of the BLM is to drive all mining off public land. Its an ongoing war for 20 years or more. They never stop. The end objective is to keep people totally off any public land. Its this Agenda 21 crap. They will tell you right to your face that its their land and they can do anything they want with it. This war that is coming has been brewing for a long time. Mr. GG2 and his partners are selling all their claims because its too much aggravation and Mr. GG2 is in GA now and has no time for it.

The answer is for states to take back all lands held by the feds for any other reason than what Article I, Section 8, Clause 17 of the Constitution allows. That would mean almost ALL state lands should constitutionally be in state hands, not federal hands.

This should be illuminating. Miners routinely have largish quantities of explosives and know how to use them.

Just sayin’...
