I think the delivery was halted due to deterioration of situation in Syria.
You have the point but any S-300 specs are way beyond S-400 currently in service and a maker company brags it can deliver S-500 which is another generation ahead in a few years given the government guarantee them procurement of enough units.
The world is laughing at him and this country.
If nothing else, an American firm could license the Israeli system and sell it to the Saudis and Egyptians. Wouldn’t that be ironic?

I’m wondering the same thing. There are a lot of S-300 variants and versions out there.
Bout time for Israel to attack.
