In a new Washington Post-Kaiser Family Foundation poll, the majority of Iraq/Afghanistan war veterans miss President George W. Bush. Sixty-five percent called the 43rd president a good commander in chief, whereas only 42 percent felt the same way about Barack Obama.
Even with the Iraq War, half of veterans say it wasnt worth the fight, but 53 percent still think Bush was a good commander in chief, though when you ask veterans who feel otherwise about the wars purpose; Bushs approval hits 80 percent.

No. Is this thread about Jeb Bush? Maybe I’m on the wrong one.
Perhaps you’re right.
I’m right that Jeb is not a conservative? Please clarify.
Life is very short, and there’s no time
For fussing and fighting, my friend
Well, you said “perhaps.” Do you think Jeb is a conservative?
Try to see it my way
Only time will tell if I am right or I am wrong
While you see it your way
There’s a chance that we may fall apart before too long
Who’s trolling, now?
“Sixty-five percent called the 43rd president a good commander in chief, whereas only 42 percent felt the same way about Barack Obama.”
That really surprises me. (I have no Military background)
I’m surprised that odumbo got marks as high as he did, guess they missed all the negative things he has done to our military. Of course, there are a lot of blacks in the military and perhaps they liked his color. Just saying........
All Presidents should have military experience....Not all military vets should be President.
The danger to America is not Barack Obama but a citizenry capable of entrusting a man like him with the presidency. It will be easier to limit and undo the follies of an Obama presidency than to restore the necessary common sense and good judgment to an electorate willing to have such a man for their president. The problem is much deeper and far more serious than Mr. Obama, who is a mere symptom of what ails us. Blaming the prince of the fools should not blind anyone to the vast confederacy of fools that made him their prince. The Republic can survive a Barack Obama. It is less likely to survive a multitude of fools such as those who made him their president.

As someone who was in uniform during Dubya’s presidency, and attended one of his speeches at a military base, I couldn’t agree with you more.
When you can’t prove your point, you resort to name calling.
Sad!
Non-combat MOS's.
Totally agree with you. The Bushes are go-along, get-along types, socially comfortable with globalist socialists like the Obamas and Clintons.
When a character like a Bush is elected we take one step forward, as compared with the ten steps backward when an Obama, or Clinton or Carter is elected.
America doesn’t need any more RINOS from the Bush tribe.
Bush was a good president...he lost his way on something’s...but was a honorable man who loved this country and spent 8 years keeping America safe.
Good grief. Welcome to FR. It’s a mean place. lol
We can work it out! We can work it out!
The fear of offending is actually non-loving. If we don’t come out and warn of the consequences of sin, we are actually saying it is ok. We are considered those who are on night watch. Ezekiel 33:1-20 Those who reneged on calling 9/11 a judgment or at least a warning, allowed the invasion that is occurring.
