I suppose it’s too late to suggest that everyone just mind their own business.
Wouldn’t simple journalism include whether 1-party recordings are in fact illegal in Florida?
Not only force you to make a cake, but jail you for even asking them to make you a cake.
Is there actually a law against recording and playing a phone conversation with a business?
They will never see their own hypocrisy.
Sometimes I think it’s a waste of breath trying to make the point and think that maybe we should just have their way and deal with God about it some day.
And they’ll probably spend eternity in hell trying to figure out why they’re there.
When they get upset about him making the conversation public, I say tough totems. When he records a call in circumvention of the law, he’s got a problem.
Even if you’re on the right side, you’ve still got to make sure not to set yourself up in the process.
This guy used some poor judgement IMO.

My understanding is that in Florida both parties must agree to recording.

Record the audio, and video. Does a mid 20’s kid from Project Veritas have to do all the heavy lifting around here ?
No matter how much thought and how you say facts into this issue then left will never understand it as the media lies to them and they can’t grasp the hypocrisy of their positions.
Trying to get a prosecutor to waste his time on somebody’s political jihad will be more of a problem then they think.
Most people who do not understand the hypocrisy are the ones who get their evening news or read their Yahoo Huff post sites and think it is the truth.
Point them to the fact of their hypocrisy they will not get it due to the lies being told to them and how much of a drama queen they become.
