A California judge has reduced a child rapist's mandatory 25-year sentence down to only 10 - saying anything longer would be 'cruel and unusual punishment'. Superior Court Judge M. Marc Kelly told an Orange County jury that 20-year-old Kevin Jonas Rojano-Nieto 'did not intend to harm' the three-year-old girl he raped at his family home in June. The judge said that he was sure that although Rojano-Nieto sodomized the girl and covered her mouth so she couldn't scream out, 'there was no violence or callous disregard for the victim's well-being'.

I left California ages ago, so I don’t know how to remove a local judge. I think they are up for confirmation every few years. This guy needs to go.

I hope someone comes along and rapes that judge with a Louisville Slugger. Maybe after that he will have an idea about what that poor little girl went through. There is nothing too cruel for child rapists.

There needs to be a searching investigation into this judge’s background. There might be something explaining his decisions and bias toward pedophiles.

I recall years ago a british citizen residing here in the states who called in to the rush limbaugh show. He remarked how he had to read newspapers from his home country in order to learn what was going on in washington. Because he certainly wasnt learning anything from the american newspapers.

As a father with three children,one of them being a daughter....
I would demand he be sent free....And I’m so forgiving that I would offer to drive home home from jail myself.
And no officers...I honestly have no idea how he ended up dismembered with obvious signs of torture but I’m sure who ever did it had no malice and didnt intend to hurt him....the last time I saw him was after I dropped him off at the buss station.....
