I live inside the beltway of washington dc where a good percentage of evangelicals sitting in the pews work for the feds —a huge percentage of whom think that persecution of Christians is only 2-3 generations off.
It’s already here.
I would say, and this is my own personal opinion, that the pilot who crashed Germanwings airplane into the mountain did out of gay rage to get back at heterosexuals.
It was gay terrorist that happened last week.
At the rate things have been going I think 2-3 generation is too optimistic. More likely 10-15 years in some areas of the country, maybe sooner.
I do not think it is that far away
I think that is a very generous time estimate. Targeting Christian businesses to force them to perform services for homosexual ceremonies and other functions is persecution. Using governmental force to put the owners out of business and ruin their lives with damages is persecution. And the widespread harassment and threats against such businesses and individuals is persecution.
This is all moving very fast and it won't be long before the state moves again church officials and prohibits sermons that say the wrong thing under penalty of law. It also won't be long before school sex ed classes not only treat hetero and homo sexuality as equals but encourage strongly that students try out various orientations before deciding what they are.
Are we not seeing this and some experiencing this RIGHT NOW???
The only gays I ever knew were violently hateful of Christians. So I am not surprised. One day a pastor is going to preach against homosexuality and find himself hauled before a court of some kind.
