I’m not sure if she has a fifty-one plus vote deal. The Democrats might find five or six Republicans, and this all clears through. If she doesn’t pass...it’ll really push the White House into a ‘tizzy’ and it might be June before another guy is nominated and more Senate hearings held for that individual.

Democrats have tried to turn to their political advantage by portraying the delay as tied to Lynch’s race and gender.Since Holder remains in office the race card is pretty weak. The gender card is okay as long as everyone understands it is liberal gender we are having trouble getting our minds around. Harq, Psaki, Rice, Clinton, Nepolitano, Sebelius, Power etc. just don't give us confidence in abilities.

I'm going to be really politically incorrect here. The black population of the US is approximately 15%. The probability of a black being the most qualified person for that position two times in a row is 9 out of 400.
Of course they should be skeptical of Obama nominations.
