I'm going to be really politically incorrect here. The black population of the US is approximately 15%. The probability of a black being the most qualified person for that position two times in a row is 9 out of 400.

Of course they should be skeptical of Obama nominations.

You are being too generous - the black population as a whole is not the same as the white population in any way, so the chances are even worse.
