At Starbucks, we respect your heritage AND your order.

Again, proving the axiom that those who support DIVERSITY the most are those that live the furthest away from it.
I left L.A. in 2006. I went back for a few months on business 2012, and I could no longer take the traffic.
LOL!!
Indeed.
I love the people at Dunkin Donuts! They give me a senior discount, a little bowl of water for my dog, and make the best bacon, egg, and cheese on a multigrain bagel this side of New Yawk.
They all have braids down to their waist, which they tie up in clean hairnets or hats, wear appropriate clean uniforms, always have a smile and conversation.
They show an interest when I tell them the history of Dunkin Donuts, which started as a little store in Canton MA, and appreciate that they are part of an American Success Story.
And their Dark Roast is NOT BURNT!
No pretensions, No BS, No Commie Affect, no snobbery.
I used to hit the DD near my college every morning. That was next to Newton, Mass. I miss the mugs they had back then.
ratSbuck's logo entry contest.
Looks like they have 2 or 3.
You win.
Sooo.....how long have you been black?
Speaing as the great grandson of a confederate veteran and having grown up within ten miles of the site of the first secession meeting in SC and being experienced at picking cotton I would guess that most black people are not silly enough to throw away their money paying for lousy coffee in a place like Starbucks. I don’t know why anyone of sound mind would.
I like Dunkin Donuts as well. Never have had a Starbucks until I was once stranded over night in DC. DD hires lots of minorities, is in many inner-cities and serves good coffee and baked goods. And their advertising and logos are really attractive - I once bought their Christmas wreath donut ornament!
BC? The DD at Cleveland Circle? On the Green Line?
I loved the old Mugs too. The new ones are too skinny and don’t have handles.
It's a latte desert - not just a food desert any more
There are three Starbucks in my area... ZERO are in OR near Black neighborhoods. It’s beyond lily white... none are even any near downtown...
Even the Southron Boys at my church get DD instead of Krispy Kreme.
They also buy the big box o’ coffee and bring it to church, strapped on the back of their Harleys.
And, of course, I have NEVAH seen a starbucks cup among them. EVAHHHH!
It’s a plot by white people to keep property values down in black neighborhoods.
