NEW YORK — Kraft Foods is recalling about 6.5 million boxes cases of original flavor Kraft Macaroni & Cheese because some of the boxes contain small pieces of metal.

The boxes have "best when used by" dates ranging from Sept. 18, 2015 through Oct. 11, 2015 and are marked with the code "C2." They were sold throughout the U.S., Puerto Rico, and in some countries in the Caribbean and South America.

Thank you for the last half-hour's tangential diversion into metal bands and screaming vocals via Trivium!

They are RRs. We aren’t breeders, although we did breed one of our dogs, who was a champion. The two in that pic are his great grandpups.

Made Tuna Casserole tonight.
Tin of Campbell mushroom, noodle, tin of tuna, peas, onion, carrot, cheddar, crushed potato chips.
Bake till golden brown and bubbly.
Add lashings of black pepper.

Pretty darn good.

Never had it as a kid. When I got older and found out how popular it was nationwide, I was stunned. How was it that my mother never prepared this wonderful concoction? Maybe she knew about the metal.

At any rate, I've still never eat any mac and cheese. However, the grandkids love it and ask for it all the time when we eat in restaurants.

I love it. I especially love it with that cheap cheese they use in the pouch but I can’t put milk butter or water in it. I cook the noodles, drain the noodles in the strayer and then poor the pouch in.....thick and gooey. Yummy. I have about 10 boxes that I need to check out to ensure they are ok to eat. I had cabbage and corn beef for dinner tonight or else I might be tempted to have some thick and gooey mac and cheese....lol. I know some don’t like it but I love it and can pretty much afford anything I want with regards to food.

That’s pretty funny. But I have to admit I can’t stand the Bare Naked Ladies. Catchy name for a group, I guess, but talentless just the same.
