Interesting that just a few day ago the ATF wanted to ban 5.52 ammo, because it posed a threat to police, able to penetrate their vests. Police came out and said the NATO round has never been fired at a police officer.
They then recanted their ban......

These were attempted head shots, one to the cheek and one a through and through to the shoulder .

Short answer - Yes.

Long answer is that the country as a whole is still to apathetic and that the PTB are starting to get desperate.

The takeover of the military by ouster of career officers who would stand in their way is close to to complete I would say.

The various anti-second amendment memes are falling flat on their faces. That makes the PTB upset and again needing to push the issues.

Now the idea that ‘racist’ police departments need to be taken over by the Feds is being pushed. When you go federal you lose all local control over your LEO’s.

Frankly if they really want chaos and martial law then all that needs to be done is... don’t refill the EBT cards. In less than three days they will have more chaos and reasons for martial law that they can shake a stick at.

The problem with that of course is that the LEO’s are not very likely to stay on the job for very long. They’ll be heading home with as much gear and goodies as they can get so as to protect their own loved ones.
