Thats right. I have seen a video of Bob Munden hit a target at 200 yds with a snubbie. The shot was amazing.

A handgun is doable at 125yds but you better be real good or real lucky.

Or, if you are a lousy shot like many, and need a .38 pistol round downrange accurately, you get a rifle with a scope to do it.
