If I were Patraeus, at this point I'd withdraw my plea and see what develops.

Nope. While this is still hanging over Patraeus, Obama has leverage. Under the plea deal, Patraeus plead guilty to a misdemeanor. The Obama administration was threatening him with felonies.

Best to let the misdemeanor conviction become final and then go to the press.

My point is they might drop it altogether if the alternative is to throw thu book at Petraeus but let Hillary skate.

That's when he goes to the press. It's either both of them or neither of them

The idea that Hitlery will face ANY prosecution over this is laughable at best.
At worst she would turn this into a “War on women” issue.

The events in Congress the other day have guaranteed a Dem pres in 2016.

Wondering if this is why they went after Petraeus. Coincidence that Petraeus’ please coincides with Hillary’s email?

Yeah, sure.

Wondering if this is why they went after Petraeus.

Actually, I think it is the other way around.

Obama went after Patraeus to get him out of the way. Patraeus clearly had something to say that Obama did not want anyone to hear.

I think they agreed to drop the felony charges and let Patraeus plead guilty to a single misdemeanor because they knew that the Hillary e-mail scandal was about to hit the fan and that once it did they could not proceed with felony charges against Patraeus without the mindblowing level of hypocrisy being obvious.

Are we to believe that the whole time Hillary was at the State Department, she used this separate email account exclusively and no one said or noticed anything?

This is nothing more than an excuse for Hillary to avoid providing official emails about Benghazi and instead substituting the home made emails in their place.

You can read this one... but when it comes to that topic, you will have to look on my server’s emails... but you can read this one over here as well if you like.

The press believes in double standards... they would never allow Clinton to be held to the same standard as Petraeus... Watch - they’ll find some obscure meaningless ‘difference’ that allows them to give Hillary a pass.

Rules for thee, but not for me.

Every day we see another example of dictatorship and lawlessness. Those in power enforce laws only against their enemies. This is the equivalent of a totalitarian dictatorship because the laws now mean nothing.

A few examples:
1. Hillary documents vs. Petraeus documents
2. Al Sharpton taxes vs. your taxes and my taxes
3. Illegal aliens’ tuition vs. your kids and mine
4. TV announcer waving around illegal gun magazine vs. you and I possessing them
.......

See too, massive court-blessed infringement on the right to keep and bear arms, and the court-discovered constitutional right to homosexual marriage.

“Who paid for the server?”

To hell with that. I want the ass of whoever set that server up under subpoena tomorrow morning. And I want him or her in front of Trey Gowdy by Friday under oath.
