It must have seemed like a good idea at the time to prosecute General David Petraeus over mishandling of classified material. But that was before it came to light that Hillary Clinton did not bother with an official and secure State Department email account, instead preferring to use a private server under her own control that lacked the kind of security measures in place at the state.gov domain. Now, explicit comparisons of the two former officials are being drawn.

Identify all of the flunkies in Hillary´s shadow government who went through all of her e-mails to decide what to turn over or who otherwise had access to her e-mail account after she left office.
Were each of these people legally authorized to access, read and copy classified information? Or are we to believe that during her entire time as Secretary of State Hillary never sent or received a single e-mail that contained classified information?
Finally, how do you distinguish Hillary´s gross mishandling of classified information from the actions that cost Patraeus his career and for which he has now been convicted? Laws are for the little people?
I Just asked this question on a previous post
Toast, dry.
Yea but this is Hillary! we are talking about, she is exempt from everything because she is Hillary! don’t ya know.
Who else had access to her private server? Were the Russians or Chinese regularly reading all these emails? Is this why the famous reset button failed so miserably? Or did she set this up so China could easily read them and know all our secrets just like the Clintons did with our missile tech?
Unless she had a very sophisticated server with the highest encryption and security then she was probably hacked or more to the point gave her Chinese friends unlimited access to her server.
This is not a coincidence that this Hillary scandal would break at the same time Petraeus pled guilty to a similar scenario. No way.
When America’s enemy noticed Hillary’s! return address you cannot tell me that they did not recruit their best and brightest on the case to hack her private email server.
UNBELIEVABLE......
Woman needs jail time.
Clearly there is no love lost between Obama and Hillary and Obama would much prefer that a more committed far left wing liberal take over the White House after he is forced to leave.
Of course, I am still of the opinion that Obama will refuse to ever leave. His idols Fidel Castro and Hugo Chavez never had to deal with stupid term limits.
I can understand setting up her own server to handle personal, political and Clinton Foundation e-mails. But also using the same e-mail address and server for ALL of her official state department e-mails is either so arrogant or so stupid that it boggles the mind.
Did Sandy Berger ever pay for his mis-handling of 911 classified documents?
The Clintons and their cronies are so crooked.
Petraeus will be prosecuted,
Hillary will be excused,
and you’re a racist for saying anything about it.
Berger pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor charge of unauthorized removal and retention of classified material on April 1, 2005. Berger was fined $50,000,[16] sentenced to serve two years of probation and 100 hours of community service, and stripped of his security clearance for 3 years
It will all depend on whether Zero’s justice dept. wants to destroy HRC the same amount or more than it needed to destroy Petraeus. I don’t know the answer to that one.
Jail/not Jail. Entirely discretionary with the ruler. Sounds like tyranny to me.
We now have two Cabinet officials, CIA and State, both entrusted with top secrets, both with security violations. Patreaus' is minor, Clinton's is massive.
I'd demand equal treatment under the law.

Oh, no problem.
All the royalty will be treated equally,
and all the peasant class will be treated equally.
I imagine that anybody that sent classified info to Hillary’s server also broke federal law.
Who paid for the server?
Who paid the flunkies that went through all of her e-mails to decide which ones to turn over to the State Department?
