".............It would behoove both Clinton and Walker to take a page out of Jeb Bush’s playbook, like yesterday, and start disclosing stuff right now. Otherwise, rest assured, Clinton and Walker will be subjected to an endless drip of stories, and a cloud of suspicion. As the lone Democrat who is up and running, and Clinton being Clinton, she can delude herself into thinking that she has time. As for Walker, tomorrow is already here."

Yes, this sounds like the "Bush playbook." Walker's on a roll and he's getting backing - BACKING = $$$ and media buzz! The GOP-e knows that Walker's momentum has to be stopped in its tracks before he gets a full head of steam. imho. Yesterday: Scott Walker Comes Out Against Boehner’s And McConnell’s Deal With Dems To Fund Obama’s Amnesty [March 4, 2015]

****--------------****

THIS STARTED 4 YEARS AGO: Scott Walker, himself, asked for this investigation - asked the WI DA for help. He was asked not to talk about it and he is cooperating with the investigation [which has now become a witch hunt]. He has not been charged with anything. If you want to hear about this in Walker's own words listen to this 5-31-12 recall debate Start at the 30:00 mark - THIS topic starts around the 34:00 and goes to the 38:00 mark [The whole hour is worth watching to see Walker in action.]

HERE ARE THE FACTS.

Nov 5, 2014 - [174-part investigative series following and explaining the truth of the matter, linked at end of story] Voters say ‘yes’ to Walker, ‘no’ to John Doe, law expert says - "MADISON, Wis. — Gov. Scott Walker’s big re-election win Tuesday wasn’t just a victory for conservative principles and for Walker’s national prospects in 2016. It was a “vindication for the rule of law,” according to one national legal expert."................

Feb 20, 2015 - Conservative groups ask U.S. Supreme Court to defend rights of John Doe targets " - MADISON, Wis. — The John Doe investigation into dozens of conservative groups and Gov. Scott Walker’s campaign is “sinister,” causing “irreparable harm,” even to those right-of-center organizations not targeted in the secret probe.

That’s the assessment of the Wisconsin-based John K. MacIver Institute for Public Policy in a motion filed Friday in U.S. Supreme Court.

MacIver is requesting to file an amicus, or friend of the court, brief in support of conservative targets of the politically charged probe who say they want to hold John Doe prosecutors officially and personally accountable for an abusive and overreaching investigation that violated their First Amendment rights.

Other limited government groups also filed amicus briefs Friday, including the Center for Competitive Politics, the Cato Institute, the Wisconsin Institute for Law & Liberty and the Cause of Action Institute.

“It is hard to imagine a more chilling impact than what the MacIver Institute experienced as a consequence of (the prosecutors) acts,” writes Madison-area attorney Jim Troupis, whose firm is representing MacIver. ".....

Feb 27, 2015 - Milwaukee County says nearly all Walker emails released [Taxpayer funded witch-hunt in Wisconsin] - "MADISON, Wis. (AP) - Milwaukee County officials say they don't plan another mass release of emails collected in the John Doe investigation into Gov. Scott Walker's aides and associates when he was county executive.

County attorney Paul Bargren says in a letter Wednesday to The Associated Press that more than 29 gigabytes of documents were released as ordered by a judge between August and December. The AP and other news organizations reviewed hundreds of thousands of documents during that time....." [DOES THIS REMIND YOU OF SARAH PALIN'S EMAIL EPISODE? June 2011 article]

The news media is trying to do to Walker what they did to Sarah Palin.

The news media create the false reality we are all living in. The news media, obama and the democrat party are the source of all the problems in America and these are destroying America

Walker's campaign site: Our American Revival - Good opening video and Ronald Reagan quote:

"It is my intention to curb the size and influence of the Federal establishment and to demand recognition of the distinction between the powers granted to the Federal Government and those reserved to the States or to the people. All of us need to be reminded that the Federal Government did not create the States; the States created the Federal Government." - President Ronald Reagan, January 20, 1981

Sid Blumenthal was discussing discussing issues of national importance on an e-mail account that got hacked.

Did Sid report this to the FBI. Did he tell Hillary? If Hillary knew, wasn't she obligated to tell the FBI?

I haven't seen any evidence that Hillary or Sid reported the hacking of the account.

Speaking of Sid and Hillary:

Hillary Clinton and "The Third Way" How America's First Lady of the Left Has Bamboozled Liberals and Conservatives Alike "......The focus of Hillary Clinton's ambition is not her country. But it is not just herself either. It is also a place that does not exist. It is the vision of a world that can only be achieved when the Chosen accumulate enough power to change this one.

That is why Hillary and Sid Blumenthal, her fawning New Left Machiavelli, call their own political philosophy the politics of "The Third Way." This distinguishes it from the "triangulation" strategy Dick Morris used to resurrect Bill Clinton's presidency. Morris guided Clinton, in appropriating specific Republican policies towards a balanced budget and welfare reform as a means of securing his re-election. Hillary Clinton was on board for these policies, and in that sense is a triangulator herself. But "triangulation" is too merely tactical and too morally crass to define a serious political philosophy. Above all, it fails to project the sense of promise that intoxicates the imaginations of self-styled "progressives." That is why Hillary and Sid call their politics "The Third Way."

"The Third Way" is a familiar term from the lexicon of the left with a long and dishonorable pedigree in the catastrophes created by messianic socialists in the 20th Century. It is the most ornate panel in the tapestry of deception I described at the beginning of this essay.

In the 1930s, Nazis used "The Third Way" to characterize their own brand of national socialism as a equidistant between the "internationalist" socialism of the Soviet Union and the capitalism of the West. Trotskyists used "The Third Way" as a term to distinguish their own Marxism from Stalinism and capitalism. In the 1960s, New Leftists used "The Third Way" to define their politics as an independent socialism between the Soviet gulag and America's democracy."......

Hillary's messy habits "........Aggrieved by the way her detractors saw her as haughtily above it all, Hillary decided on an approach to emails as secretary of state that has made her look haughtily above it all.

Is that entitlement? Or hubris?

An inability to change? Or a refusal to?

I approached someone who knows the Clintons well, asked how to make sense of this and got an answer that echoed observations about them from the past: “They’d rather seek forgiveness than permission.”......

...As Scott Walker moves on, he can expect to get much more of this. Ronald Reagan certainly did. Don’t let it bother you, governor, you’re in good company.

Sid “Vicious” Blumenthal is a vile, evil nasty man. He has been with the Clintons (especially Hillary) from the beginning. He would look entirely appropriate in a black Deaths Head garrison cap, black uniform and jackboots.

Part 177 of 177 in the series Wisconsin's Secret War

By M.D. Kittle | Wisconsin Reporter - March 5, 2015

MADISON, Wis. — Taxpayers conservatively have spent north of $775,000 defending the prosecutors of a politically charged John Doe investigation driven on a legal theory that even the prosecutors have rejected.

The state, as of Monday, had paid $368,654.60 for the legal defense of Francis Schmitz, the special prosecutor for the multi-county John Doe probe into dozens of conservative organizations and Gov. Scott Walker’s campaign, according to information obtained by Wisconsin Reporter through an open records request.

Taxpayers are on the hook for another $407,643.58 in attorney fees to defend Milwaukee County District Attorney John Chisholm, the Democrat who launched the probe in late summer 2012, two of his assistant DAs and a special investigator contracted by the state Government Accountability Board.

“That’s an awful lot of taxpayer dollars to advance a legal theory that the state itself has already repudiated,” said Andrew M. Grossman, an attorney for political activist Eric O’Keefe and his Wisconsin Club for Growth, one of 29 conservative groups targeted in the campaign finance probe.

The expenditures were released by Walker’s legal counsel, who, under state law, is in charge of handling the legal bills of the same people who for the past few years have gone after Walker’s campaign and the Republican governor’s conservative allies. Costs reflect only money spent defending the prosecutors in federal court."............ READ MORE

It's such a boor. I always avoid people (and, ergo, institutions) that cheat in this way.

Since when is Scott Walker breaking federal law by stealing emails from the government and storing them on a private server? Talk about spin to save the old hag, Hillary.

Have donated some to Cruz, but not Walker - yet. If both become 100% in, I’ll probably donate 64/40 to Cruz/Walker.

In the 1930s, Nazis used "The Third Way" to characterize their own brand of national socialism as a equidistant between the "internationalist" socialism of the Soviet Union and the capitalism of the West.

"Bung" Sukarno, Indonesian political strongman and president (the first president of post-colonial Indonesia) , also appropriated the term for his own 1960s political movement, which he characterized as distinctive from both Soviet Communism and Western liberal (in the 19th-century sense) thinking. Sukarno was a Thomas Jefferson fan and cited him often, but he was in fact a species of socialist.

Practically, Sukarno was the stalking-horse cultivated by the Soviets and the Indonesian Communist Party, the PKI, for an intended revolution that would turn Indonesia from a Soviet-friendly independent country (there was a bloc of these countries in the U. N., which often criticized America) to a full-fledged Soviet client state on a par with Communist Bulgaria and Czechoslovakia.

The CIA went to the Indonesian military establishment and spelled out for them what would happen to them in a PKI-run Indonesia. The result was the overthrow of Sukarno by "the colonels" around Gen. Suharto, and the subsequent disappearance of 800,000 PKI cadre, most of whom wound up floating in the Andaman and Java Seas. It was a very sore defeat for International Communism and one of the reasons the Left hates us.
