Only 17 I think voted for.

Boehner wouldn’t have a problem get his needed votes had the two faced bastard, his mini me Kevin McCarthy and Skalise hadn’t lied to their face last fall when they told members if they voted one way to save Face for the speaker they would table that bill and bring up a different one. They then screwed over their own members by bringing up for passage the bill they said they wouldn’t.

In other words the Membership doesn’t truth their own leadership and it is Justified.

Not much. According to Hannity, 80% of DHS employees will continue working as normal. Of course Obama will probably use the old “lay off cops and teachers first” strategy, and shut down the border patrol.

It's not quite as easy as you imply. Obama doesn't get to choose who are the "essential" employees. The bureaucracy has already designated who they are and any deviation would spark a judicial mess. Since, it's not a general government shut down, he can't close the National Parks and the WWII Monument, so he will need to search for creative ways to screw with conservatives. My guess, no background check approvals for gun purchases. I think that move might backfire, so I hope that he goes that route.

The law says to deport illegal aliens.

A bloc of moderate House Republicans who back passing the clean DHS funding bill from the Senate are balking at voting on setting up a conference committee to hammer out the differences between these two bills.
