Federal employees owe $1-3 in back taxes. That would be a good start in funding DHS.

Dems want those illegals here to ensure they have a voting block for the next 30+ years..the Dems are not going to give that up..they give these illegals welfare, food stamps, free healthcare, the Dems know they own those illegals for life
To: SeekAndFind
Boner will find the DEM votes he needs. Pathetic.

Not much. According to Hannity, 80% of DHS employees will continue working as normal. Of course Obama will probably use the old “lay off cops and teachers first” strategy, and shut down the border patrol.

the Coast Guard was transferred to DHS back in 2003, so coast guard personnel will not be paid. Apparently, retirees won’t get their pay either, after the 27th.

So bottom line, Republicans and Democrats in Congress opposed the measure for DIFFERENT REASONS.

The Democrats refuse to pass funding for Homeland Security if the bill prevents Obama from doing something the courts say he can’t do...
I admire how the media can spin this fact away. They are masters.

“Still does not stop the CNNs of this world blaming the GOP while they give the Dems a pass on their illegal amnesty .”
It is about time the GOP stand up FOR AMERICA, FOR THE LAW, FOR THE CONSTITUTION, and suppressing the tyranny that has gone on for over six years.

cnn noted that all the house democrats voted against the bill along with 50 republicans. cnn noted that the house democrats want to force the republicans hand to vote for a bill funding the dhs for the full fiscal year.

The Democrats refuse to pass funding for Homeland Security unless millions of illegal invaders are endorsed as conquerors. The very acme of treason.
Worth repeating.
Actually, worth shouting from the rooftops.

It will be the tower of Babel -- for years. And then eventually some bastardized amalgam of Spanish and English will become the lingua franca

No, according to CNN's Bash, Dana, Bash, it was John Boehner's hard-right flank.
