Scores of CPAC attendees began to file out as soon as Jeb Bush started speaking with talk show host Sean Hannity this afternoon, which did eventually garner plenty of applause. After exiting the main auditorium at the Conservative Political Action Conference, the protesting attendees began chanting USA, USA and Stand with Rand. Despite the sign of defiance, the main ballroom was as packed for Bushs talk as it had been for any other 2016 contender, including Scott Walker and Rand Paul. Bushs comments attracted cheers from some parts of the ballroom, which was more packed than it had been at any other point in the conference, but was also punctuated by occasional heckles, including shouts of Open borders!

Hi Catherine .
I was hoping to have the whole room boo him, and did you notice how he could not give a simple yes or no to a question ?
I agree. We need to cut this insulting campaign off at the knees early on. In regards to the people that stayed—I heard today on XM radio that busloads of Bush-bots from K street were bussed in to bolster Bush’s crowd. They are trying to shove him down our throats, and we need to push back hard, and rudely if that’s the only way the message gets across.
Tar - feathers - politician. Some assembly required. "
You're absolutely right. They keep pushing. It takes a long time for good people to be forced to a certain point, but, well...
The walkout is fine, the walkout with chanting is pretty juvenile but of course it’s a political meeting. At least they aren’t spitting on him yet (I hope.)
Bush supporters were saving seats for K street lobbyist and GOP-E coming from DC to support bush during his speech. When the palistas vacated their seats they enabled jeb to have more supporters in the auditorium. Exactly what the GOP-E wanted, to appear to have legitimate support for jeb at a Conservative event.

I haven't been able to watch yet; the sight of him makes me sick. But I guess I should do it, anyway.
IF ONLY he had been booed by the room!
Manc, how are you doing? Is your family well?
To me the ‘K’ Street crowd are just as foul as the Paul crowd. The only difference is one side wears a suit and smiles more that the other when they do their dirty work.
Nothing on FR regarding Phil Robertson’s speech?....

It's the but, well... that the regime is worried about. It's why Zero is taking over the internet, and trying to ban the sort of ammo needed by the people to resist the ultimate tyranny.
As if there is a difference between Jeb and Hillary.
I will grudgingly admit that there was a difference between Romney and Obama, but there is ZIP, ZILCH, NADA, between Hillary and Jeb.
You don’t find busing in what amounts to paid supporters pretty juvenile?
If they were civil, nope.
Are Bush’s DONORS and BUNDLERS getting the message?
no money = no campaign.
I agree. W seemed like a nice enough guy but he spent like there is no tomorrow. He grew the heck out of entitlements and added new departments to our already too big government. He wash a disaster fiscally. The only bright spot for him is that Obama is even worse. I don’t see Jeb being any better than W. I am not even sure Jeb would be much better than Hillary, spending wise. He is not what the country needs now.
“Im no Bush fan, but it looks like alot of people stayed there.”
Maybe they didn’t want to lose their seat.
Bush as nominee will hand the GOP a humiliating defeat of multi-generational proportions. The part will likely die should it run Jebby.
Good!
Seems to me CPAC is defining conservatism down.
It was packed with Bushies who were bussed in from K-Street.
