I was talking about a very narrow aspect of the whole custome v soul sucking corporation who loathe it’s customers, relationship. The telcos will still continue he to name their customer “whore”, “a-hole”, etc.. The telcos,will,continue,to charge customers for stolen equipment that has been returned to the telco properly. The telcos will continue the over bill you month after month after month. The telcos will still continue to NOT show up for scheduled appointments.
Don’t worry about that part of screwing over customers. That is still guaranteed.
