Wednesday on the “Tom Joyner Morning Show,” in discussing this week’s Justice Department announcement that there is not sufficient evidence to charge George Zimmerman with intentionally violating the civil rights of Trayvon Martin during the 2012 confrontation that tragically resulted in the shooting death of Martin, Al Sharpton said he is now planning to work to “lower the threshold” that legally qualifies who is prosecuted for a federal hate crime.
Sharpton explained, “The intent to prove that Zimmerman did it because of his race, that is the legal threshold,” adding, ” Unless we change that legislation, we end up where we are in terms of the Trayvon Martin case. Clearly I’m disappointed. Clearly I’m sure the family is....

Lower the threshold? To what, for heaven’s sake? As it stands, it only has to be white, heterosexual, or male on anyone else, no matter if the anyone else was beating their heads into the cement. God please take this man!

Lets just say it. Rev. Al wants the threshold lowered to the point of, if you’re born with white skin, you’re committing a hate crime.
Mr. Sharpton should be careful what he asks for.
How about the people that put a million dollar (”Dead or Alive”) bounty on his head? Since when is that legal?
How bout lowering the threshold for income tax evasion?

That’s what the whole TM case was about - making it illegal to defend yourself against the left’s “shock troops”.
Funny how we managed to hold onto out acquired knowledge through the black plague and other catastrophes, while all it took was for “mighty whitey” to use their super-secret brainwaves to completely clear that knowledge from their brains after we “stole” it from them!

Holder won’t be Attny Gen for the rest of eternity, and this country WILL start to prosecute bad behavior on the part of blacks.
Failing that, the coming race war will clean up alot of the bad behavior.
I wouldn’t mind seeing him lowered 6 feet. Or more.
No negro can be charged with any crime against a white.
No one in the legal, judicial, law enforcement, governmental or political arenas seems to care....or to evince any inclination to take him on.
You or I would have been in the Fed Hotel long ago if we committed half of his crimes.

It's evident that he learned a long time ago that the best defense is a good offense...so being offensive and on perpetual attack is obviously his modus operandi almost every minute of every day all year long. And this MO continues to work for him with great success.
