The governor is yet another useful idiot who is helpful to the central socialist government!

This evil government has assumed jurisdiction over a power not granted to them by the states. The states MUST nullify evil when it rears its ugly head. Marriage is a natural rite, like giving birth and Washington has no say so over this rite.

Which is the *true* law, governor, God's or man's? Answer carefully. Your ultimate destination may depend upon it.

Contact Governor Bentley (click), and tell him what you think of his decision.

Are RINOs weak because;

1-They lack the courage of their convictions,
2-The influence of money,
3-They live under the threat of blackmail in some aspect of their lives?
4-They’re just spineless cowards who don’t know how to fight.

This article does note that Governor Scott Walker of Wisconsin also caved in just like Governor Bentley did in Alabama.

In the last days many will fall away from the word of G_D and from His Law. All will be judged and many will be sent into darkness that they love.

5-They are actually RAT operatives who have infiltrated the GOP.

Why do you think they call them RINOs?

"[I would] never do anything to disobey a federal court ruling," he said. "We are a nation under laws," Bentley said. "We may not always agree with them, but we obey them."

Stop with the Peter and the Sanhedrin talk. That's irrelevant.

Look at what this idiot governor said: "We are a nation under laws".

OK, correct.

Do inferior Federal courts make "laws"? No they do not. Are laws made "in pursuance [of the Constitution]" supreme over state laws and judges? Yes they are.

OK, guv. Laws made BY CONGRESS, in pursuance of the Federal Constitution, require your obedience.

Please cite for us WHICH law, made by Congress OR mandated by the text of the Federal Constitution, as amended, requires the State of Alabama to desist from enforcing her own laws on this subject.

All incorrect.

They are not weak. They are on the other side.

Irrelevant.

Man's relevant law on this subject is perfectly adequate to deal with the situation at hand.

What about the notion of federalism? Seriously, we really ought to have a return to the idea of self-governance. That idea is so dead now, but it surely is what our founders intended.

The law in Alabama supersedes the federal judge in this matter

Please explicitly state how so.

The email form requests that two words be typed in, but the only thing shown is a house number photo.

RE: Your recent action that tosses Judge Moore 'under the bus.'

Governor:

Have you never heard of, or even considered the term 'nullify?'

Marriage is not something that our central socialist government should ever be involved with. It is an institution that is holy and should be inviolate. States have the right to nullify actions by an out of control central government.

What will you do when ordered by the feds to grant licenses so fathers can marry daughters? Or, what to do when your state is ordered to grant licenses when a deranged farmer wants to marry his cow?

It is an institution that is holy

Again, the religious argument, in the United States, is dead, dead, dead.

The Constitutional argument is barely breathing itself, but at least it is coherent and remains presumptively valid.

Federal courts enforce Federal laws MADE IN PURSUANCE OF THE CONSTITUTION. They don't write and proclaim Federal laws by themselves.

THERE IS NO FEDERAL LAW MANDATING, OR EVEN ALLOWING, two men or two women to contract a relationship which under the existing and perfectly valid laws of Alabama could be construed as a "marriage". Period, end of story.

Bentley, a former deacon and Sunday School teacher at a Baptist Church, told Politico Friday that he believes he must bow to a federal court's ruling and that he cannot uphold Alabama's constitution against the redefinition of marriage to include sodomites.

A Baptist deacon and Sunday school teacher bowing to the beast?

Didn't see that coming, but maybe I should have. Yet another sign of the times.

I wonder if the Westboro Baptists have plans to protest.

My point was not for our benefit, but for the governor's. The point is that he has been permitted this office; he has been given much. Much will be expected from him. And, he will be held accountable for his actions, and lack thereof, in the end. I pray he adjusts his course for his own eternal benefit.
