Man's relevant law on this subject is perfectly adequate to deal with the situation at hand.

My point was not for our benefit, but for the governor's. The point is that he has been permitted this office; he has been given much. Much will be expected from him. And, he will be held accountable for his actions, and lack thereof, in the end. I pray he adjusts his course for his own eternal benefit.
