No-and I didn’t claim to be faster than a speeding bullet-I said twice that the guy was a lousy shot-otherwise I’d have been the reason for a lawsuit. But if that person was stupid enough to shoot some 200+ yards at something he could not see for the trees, if I hadn’t heard and reacted by dropping and shouting he might very well have been stupid enough to get closer and shoot again-and I doubt I would have survived that.

On the other hand, ObamaCare was a sane and considered piece of legislation. That's the difference, the "Tea Party" bills won't have a massive negative affect on your life like the 'mainstream liberal laws' do and have had.

Not sure I see the correlation between you walking while someone is hunting with a suppressor. Hunters are trained to identify their target, before they shoot. How much noise the firearm makes doesn’t seem to have any bearing on how safe you are walking.

I think the idea is that you hear the supersonic round approaching and duck just in time.

You've got that backwards. A supersonic object's sound wave will pass you after the object has passed (through) you.

Well I guess a Mosque is not a Church or Temple....I posted YEARS ago that the libs will say the separation of church and State will hinge on the word Mosque. I was told that “Is the most asinine statement ever heard on this site”. I was not mistaken.
