It is unethical to put troops in a battle zone when your leadership has no intention of winning or of even fighting. Obama is that leader. Our troops bled in taking mosul, Fallujah and sammarah. They wept when the enemy took them back unopposed. We shed their blood and an unworthy leader wasted it. Will we spill their blood again for this disloyal man? I won’t support it until Obama is gone.

Notice that it is the People and the States who declare war (acting through their representatives in Congress assembled), and that they don't just AUTHORIZE the President to act, they DIRECT the Commander-in-Chief of OUR armed forces to act, and not just to act, but WHAT to do and HOW to do it.
THAT is when the United States of America is at war.
And, it is not a coincidence that, lacking that authoritative and decisive action, we always lose.
Assuming Obama is a Muslim makes most everything make sense.
