The guy that killed them was an atheist(according to his facebook page).
He killed the couple over some sort of parking dispute, and one of their friends was there, who happened to be a Muslim too. I don’t guess it’s unusual for a couple to be of the same religion, and have a friend with them that’s of the same religion as well. This was just a triple murder by some crazy asshole, and their religion had nothing to do with it.
