The media is circling the wagons around Brian Williams because they too have problems with truth telling and they wish to preserve their rights to lie to the American people.

Brian Williams is really devastating to the media because he personalizes the issue of media lying and propaganda in a way that is understandable and relevant to most Americans in much the same way that Americans were able grasp Monica Lewinsky when they were not able to grasp the Clinton’s transfer of ballistic missile and nuclear weapons technology to the Chinese in return for campaign cash.
