With that crazy catch. I couldn’t believe they’d lose 3 SBs powered by crazy catches.

And think the Hawks were mad at how they got played at the end, getting that offsides to not have to do the safety kneels was purely saying “look, we’re a more disciplined team than you”. Not excusing it, but I get it. As much of a rollercoaster as it was for us it had to be much more so for them.

It’s called Bread and Butter for a reason.

They decided a Dunkin Donuts with crap cheese would get it done.

They picked poorly.

XLIX would be 50 (L) less 10 (X) plus 9 (IX).

The 50th Super Bowl would be designated as "Super Bowl L" (L for 50.)

This game turned out to be a classic.

I hope I never have to hear about under inflated ball again. :)

Pats won but this is close to a draw, like so many games. Who would have expected this.

Pats won though, no doubt about that.

If you really believe that, you know very little about the NFL and how it works.

The stuff the Pats were accused of amounts to a fine of $25k. Even with that fine, their penalties from the NFL amount to #16 out of 32 teams.

There are plenty of other teams that do worse stuff than the Pats.

Educate yourself before saying things that make you sound silly.

No

"L" = 50.

But I read today they are going to familiar numbers soon.

Hmmm well, Pats started out and then stopped at 14, so that’s one.

Hawks tied it at half time, then took the lead in the second half, so that’s two I think they got up to 24.

But then the pat riots got up to 28 so that would be three.

And then right when the hawks were about to seal the deal, madness broke out, so I lost track right then, and my mind is still blown.

But i think 3 lead changes.

“someone explain XLIX “

LOL! I thought that “XLIX” was some advertised product through the first quarter!
Wondered why they never had a commercial LOL!

According to what I heard, what the Pats did is like a “parking ticket”, the Vikings warmed up balls on the sideline and got no penalty, except don’t do it again. What the Pats are alleged to have done I guess from those who know will not be reckless driving, only a parking ticket.

I thought Mathews got away several times with offensive interference. The refs called very few penalties. It was a great game. I am a Giants fan so I didn't have a dog in this fight. Very entertaining. The greatest SB ever.

The fact is that Seattle led by 10 points in the 4th quarter and couldn't stop the Pats from scoring twice.
