Sarah Palin drives the Left insane.

There can be no higher recommendation.

I like Palin but her resigning as gov. of Alaska was a political poison bill.

And what does that say about her criticism of other elected officials not having the guts to fight?

IMO she is not a serious candidate.

All she has to do is announce that she's running and the whole thing changes...

After the DNC won with “O” (king of the idiot, inexperienced, toxic, corrupt, ineligible clowns) the words ‘impossible’ and ‘toxic’ have been yanked from the English dictionary and they certainly have NO relevance in the world of US politics!

If anyone wants to know where Palin fits in the Conservative universe, all they have to do is watch what happens if she'd announce her candidacy!!

We need to gain control of the word extreme.

Palin and Cruz are not extreme.

The house republicans who blocked a ban on late term abortions are extremists.

The more talk I hear about her not having a chance, not being a strong candidate, the more I know how scared the left and the RINO’s are of her.

I see it more as America is too toxic for Palin. Ditto Cruz. The country as a whole just isn’t worthy of the kind of leadership they would bring.

Sarah Palin is the only candidate who BOTH sees through the GOPe AND can reach the white working class (and former white middle class). Describing these groups as "conservative" is kind of inaccurate - in some ways they are, in some ways they are not.

But believing that they will vote for a President whose wife works for Goldman Sachs is plain crazy, IMO.

If the Uniparty grip on power can be broken peacefully (which I doubt), only a candidate like Our Lady of Wasilla can do it.

the GOP brought up immigration, desiring to “create permanent solutions” without mentioning immigration in the English version.

Why are conservatives accused of not wanting a "permanent solution to immigration"?

The current situation is intolerable and we do want a solution. It just doesn't include unlimited amnesty and open borders.

She could run interference for Ted Cruz. It wouldn’t cost much money because the DBM would give her all the TV, and Press time she would need. Then she drops out, Cruz gets elected and appoints Palin to his Cabinet.

Palin’s best chance to run was in 2012, by her not running conservatives were left with a thin field in that race and Romney got nominated. While I would have vigorously have supported her running two years ago, I have moved on to a guy like Ted Cruz who is fighting on the congressional front lines, has less media baggage to overcome and is a fresh face. If Palin gets the nod fine, I would actively support her and endorse her campaign, but I just can’t take her attempts at a candidacy seriously after the tease fest she pulled in 2010/2011.

Good Article, I agree.

The Lefts culture is so perverse no matter that if Mother Teresa ran she would be called worse than Hitler.

I don't want another new untested guy but some one who has a proven track record of conservative results. Sara Palin has leadership qualities that scare the stuffing out of the left, when she speaks people agree and want to follow her policies.

Any conservative who runs will be "too toxic" for the left... at least they will be after the MSM (including Fox News) gets going on them.

Living in fear of how the media will portray our candidates is a bad strategy.

I say we go for it.

I do believe she is damaged and if there were none better to run but some dud like Romney or Bush I’d be all for it. If I’m going to lose I’d rather lose backing a principled candidate than one that stands for nothing yet everything. My biggest problem is how she approached the possibility of running last time. She led us on a wild goose chase and teased us up to October 5, 2011 a point that basically resulted in a vast waste of resources that could have went to another conservative candidate. Instead it left us with Romney. I really do love Sarah Palin for what she stands for and where she came from but she is going to have to do a lot of convincing to get me to chase her this go round. We have too many better and more accomplished candidates to waste our efforts on someone who is indeed valuable but whose time like Romney and Bush has passed.

In general, I appreciate Lloyd’s opinions, but the headline of this piece does nothing more that parrot some very clever libtard’s choice of words. I’m weary of conservatives who at the first hint of Palin’s name ‘expertly’ claim “she’s toxic”. Kudos the the original libtard who first put the two words “toxic” and “Palin” in the same sentence. It has worked so well that we now even have guy’s who have risen up in name recognition by championing conservative TEA party principles using the “toxic Palin” meme.

Toxic? Oh good grief. The liberal progressives and liberal RINO’s never stop.

You will hear this sort of thing till your nauseated until the 2016 election. Snips such as these are designed to cast a negative shadow on conservatism.

Ted Cruz, Sarah Palin, Rand Paul are far right wing nutcases, war mongers....blah blah blah

Is Sarah Palin Too Toxic for 2016?

It doesn't matter. She is not & will not be running.
