Finally upstate might get a voice in State Government.
Houchoul will be an improvement over everyone else.
Silver has the goods on everyone in State govt., so if he starts talking when pressured, there could be major changes on both sides, throughout the state.

Hopefully , all the dirty ones will fall.
Employment state help is necessary as the proposed Casino's aren't the answer to unemployment,
and Cuomo wants all Upstate to be another Adirondack Park.
